Legal Medical Cannabis Use in Canada

It is legal in Canada to use cannabis under Health Canada licence for medical purposes.

Many people use cannabis for conditions such as cancer, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, hepatitis and arthritis. The marijuana plant can also be used to treat conditions such as anxiety, stress, depression and pain.

It is not legal in Canada to use cannabis for recreational purposes, or for any purpose other than medical use. If you want to use cannabis medically under licence, see your doctor.
